Please allow up to 72 hours response time. Do not send payment until I respond to your order request.
Orders must be paid in full within 24 hrs of a confirmation of your order. If you do not pay within 24 hrs, your order will not be confirmed. There will be no further attempt if you miss payment deadline, and the slot may be filled by someone else. Payment is refundable only if order is cancelled no later than 4 days before your pick up date.
Any changes to your order must be made at least four days prior to your pick up day. You will receive a reminder for your order pick up the day before.
Please communicate with me if you are running late from your stated pick up time. There is no guarantee that we’ll be available if you arrive outside your pick up time. Our days are planned around pick up times, so please consider our time as well.
I will not be remaking your order or issuing a refund if you miss your pick up day. If you missed your pick up, you MUST pick up the next day.
